This hotel exceeded my expectations. Ideal location for tourist. Convenient for transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. Worked hard to meet my needs!

Room is clean, and beds are comfortable. But the pillows were not very comfortable and it was slightly loud in the morning. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The check in woman is extremely helpful and nice. She is very polite and will give you a guide if you're a tourist. The beds are comfortable and cozy. There is a bus stop right across the road from the hotel that will take you to the airport or the train station. Very convenient and nice location and neighborhood. You have to get the breakfast with your reservation which is a extra 25 dollars. If you don't wanna do that, there is a ton of food options on the street. Overall a great experience and one of the best budget hotels in the city. would highly recommend it.

The receptionist woman with the glasses was so professional and friendly. A calm place with polite people around.
I have a little issue with a taxi driver there, but I am sure he was not a native.

The moment we walked in the door we were greeted with enthusiasm and introduced to what Amsterdam had to offer. This place was very nice and clean. The location was very convenient to area attractions and the bus line to get across the city. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice shower, Good staff great location.
Asked for a thinner pillow (limited supply) and got one. Hot water forever in the shower, though I don't like the AC fan that's on all the time if you don't want to end up with an ice cold room (in April). Biggest downer are the other guests making incredible noise when settling in at 2am.
Also my room could use some sproucing up, feels a bit worn.report this review -

It is a horse themed hotel ,our room is clean+modern staff 24 hrs reception, gonna try and make it up 4r breakkie but the bed soo- soft and comfy,great n central for our needs.

Brilliant place especially if you find a cheaper price on a third party website. The rooms are new and spacious and feels very comfortable. Biggest criticism is that the beds are too soft so the complaints are very very minimal
