Still the best hotel in the city centre. It may not have that style and grace this same hotel/building had back in the 70's or 80's when it was a Philips owned 5 star hotel known as Grand Hotel de Cocagne, but a very good hotel for short breaks or business trips. Recommended.

The best hotel I have stayed in. The beds were above comfortable and the bed sheets were a dream. Rooms were spacious, with big bathrooms and with all amnesties - iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. The coffee machine and water heater were nice as well. The breakfast was jummy - there was everything you want, also for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel pool was small but nice and clean, and the gym also great.

One the best places to stay in Eindhoven. The ambience of the place is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly..Enjoy staying here when in Eindhoven. Great breakfast too!!

After changing the room twice in 3 days they still haven’t been able to provide an acceptable bedroom. The mattress are way too soft. Shower show a lot of Fungus. Incredible!

Stayed there for 3 days and I really like the room layout and design. The ambient lighting is just so relaxing that I can forget that I'm there for business. Also, I love the breakfast offering.

Second visit to the Pullman. Very welcoming. Great central location. My only negative comment is about staffing at breakfast. Mostly self service but lack of staffing means the filter coffee doesn't always get offered in a timely manner.
Reception very helpful with my disabled husband's requirements. Also, very helpful when I discovered a bottle of wine in the mini bar had been tampered with by a previous guest and filled with water! Once reported, efficiently dealt with. It was very difficult to spot as the person who did it had very expertly resealed the foil cap, however reception were very apologetic and gave me a lovely glass of wine.response / report this review -

We had nice 3 nights in this Pullman hotel and overall we were satisfied with it. Only the bath's water was a bit strange, it changed sometimes from cold to hot and back even it was fixed on a certain temperature - and we got only one shower gel for 2 The room was enough wide for 2 people and also the hotel is only a few minutes walking distance from the main square, so the location is great. The breakfast had also many varieties of food, so it was also OK!

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel, and I have stayed in others in Eindhoven. The Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne has a combination of things that make it exceptional, the front-desk is approachable and dedicated to customer satisfaction, the rooms in the wing I typically stay are refurbished and cleaning is impecable, the breakfast area reminds you of five star experiences with quality and variance in the menu supported by very professional and attentive staff. They provide bicycles and the location is central and convenient. Overall, I think it's the quality is high, but I also appreciate the fact that it's consistent throughout the hotel and all the times I have stayed in it. Well done! Thanks,

My first stay wasn't great as I had high expectations based on Pullman Dubai. But I was disappointed with your classic rooms. They are basic, small and outdated a bit for the cost. So I rated the hotel as a 3 star hotel. However, my second stay changed that perception and my initial impression on the hotel.
Superior room is a 4 star standard, modern, spacious enough especially the bathroom in comparison to the classic room. Classic room bathroom was bit squeezed.
Restaurant is 4 star standard.
Quality of Customer Service is 5 star standard. With my limited experience your staffs comes across as very helpful and on top of their work.
Overall, based on my second stay experience, my initial harsh feedback on the entire hotel was wrong. However, it does reflect the state of the classic room that I stayed during my first stay. Overall, I enjoyed my second stay.response / report this review -

It was a good stay, near to the concerthall in Eindhoven, where the venue took place.
Good look in the reception, nice rooms, and a very good restaurant, worth a visit.
We had a good quiet room. however it was probably not used for a long time, so the clean state of the toilet was somewhat undone by brown chalk stains. "We are not allowed to use chlorine"the reaction of the reception.response / report this review -

Positives: Rooms nicely designed. Rooms quiet, even at the front and near the lifts. Service and staff is always friendly and polite.
Negatives: Rooms too small to exercise. Breakfast can be very busy and the fruit never seems to be at its best.

This hotel was beautiful! So modern, wonderful dinner service and breakfast, the bar area and the dunning area I just loved everything about it! The room was also very nice, the bathroom great design and the most comfy and soft bed I've ever been! I wanted to bring it with me! Very good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants too and very good service and treat by the people working here! I really loved my experience here!
