Rather minimalistic. Beds were awful. Breakfast was The boat trip was the only good thing about our stay.

We only rent a boat from the hotel and used their toilet, the price for the boat rent is very affordable, and the service was nice and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, next to the canal. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make guests comfortable. The boat renting company is 50 steps from here. I would stay here again definitely if I came back to Giethoorn.

Solid hotel. Feels brand new. Seems like it was just built (quickly) to accommodate a surge of foreign tourists from China and the Middle East. Food is fine and the service is good enough, if a little busy dealing with the throngs of people. Mostly it feels like it was put together very quickly, but it's a reasonably priced hotel and you get what you paid for.

stay here because can't fly home. free shuttle from airport, great big room and nice price. a big park nearby. need your own vehicle if you want to get to town easily. there's free gym and sauna for guests, like it.
