Great welcome. Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Easy to park. The salon rooms with kitchenette have large picture windows. One looking over the Schelde river towards Vlissingen and the other looking over the town of Breskens. We have stayed there twice and will return again.
🔝🔝🔝🔝
Super Lage, große saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal und tolles Frühstück!! Gerne wieder!
Interessantes Hotel im 70er Retrostil. Service topp. Toller Blick über die Westerschelde. Nur Frühstück. Restaurants mehr als 650 Meter entfernt.
The hotel is for those who really appreciate tasteful design with a charm from the 70'ies. Many rooms are filled with designer furniture and the interior is quite special. Of course it is not current design and furniture, more like Mies van der Rohe's Barcelona and the Bauhaus style. The location is suboptimal. Which ever view you take from your room, you see cars parked on both sides of the hotel. At least towards the beach, I find it unpleasant to look past cars to see the sea. The breakfast, like in many Dutch hotels, is ultra simple and every day the same: scrambled egg, bread, bread rolls, one sort of cheese, one sort of bacon, yoghurt, fruit salad made of two different fruits. That's about it. For a Dutch this may already be a frugal breakfast; for the rest of the world it's spartanic. Internet is simple and works very nicely throughout the hotel, which is certainly not a standard in many other hotel, which charge a lot and for every device and location in the hotel you have to get another login code. Here wireless works perfectly. The bathtub has a whirlpool option as a special treat. Tv has not only Dutch but also German, French and UK channels. The ferry is close by, which is about the only thing that is close by. The beach seems to be under development - which is badly needed. Perhaps in a few months it will look fine.
