A confusing entrance that looks like a pub and then after many stairs, you will reach a really lovely room. Perfect for short stays where you don't need much more than a bed and rv.

Great little hotel, unfortunately the internet wasn't working when we were there but that wasn't too bad. The location is great, it's about 1 min walk away from the shopping area and downtown and there is a tram right outside. If you are going to be doing any kind of tourist activity, get a day pass for the tram, it's only 7.50euro and they go absolutely everywhere.

Nice benches outside and a cozy ambiance inside. It was a decent place to go with friends. Only the waitress looked a bit unintrested and felt a bit unfriendly

The city is perfect, notwithstanding that remark, the service in this restaurant was miserable. There not Politness and Hygienic conditions. I will not eat in this place once again due to the despreciable Service and education. The Food could have been better.

As a Restaurant I really cannot recommend it. The meals we ordered (Cheeseburgers and fries didnt taste well, esp. the patty which somewhat tasted weird The beverages are above average even considering amsterdam rates.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are very nice and carefully renovated so not to ruin the atmosphere of the building. The only downside is the lack of elevator and access is via slightly steep stairs with somewhat narrow steps but unless you have problems walking stairs it's a minor issue. Staffan is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I frequented the pub on the street level. I am not a big fan of overly packed tourist traps and this is definitely not one of those - at least when I was there. It is located on a main street and slightly off of Dam Square, but it quickly became our favorite spot for a pint in Amsterdam. It was always on the quiet side, especially sitting out on the patio. When we came back to Amsterdam, this was one of the places we made sure to visit again. Whenever I am in town, this will be a sure stop!

When I ordered my food I was 21 years old and by the time I got my meal I was 33 with 2 kids. So so so slow. Don't come if you're starving.

Worst service ever. The food is mediocre, didn't get half of the vegetables advertised in the menu. The staff seemed stressed and was very rude, although the place was only half full.

Competitive rate at the heart of Amsterdam. Nice rooms. Family friendly. We stayed there with our two little ones, and they loved it.
