  they did not have our reservation but instead booked us at another hotel in town. the cost of the new hotel was more expensive and the hostess at Raedhuis did not offer an apology, warn us that it was more expensive, or offer to pay the difference of the cost. They did not attempt to communicate to us via email about the mistake and oversight.

  The food is nice and affordable, but the restaurant cannot handle medium to full capacity. They need to limit their seating capacity and improve customer care. An unpleasant experience.
