You have to share a toilet with 6 other rooms. This toilet was dirty, soap was not available and broken on many places. A lot of noise outside and not very kind for guests with disabilities.

Good place, small room and furniture as 1970. Kitchen smell is in all hotel.

It's more like a hostel than a hotel. The restaurant nextdoors runs the place. Which means that offer there is nobody at the hotel.

When we arrived we got lucky that one of the staff was in the restaurants, because all doors were locked and the lights were off.

Initially the room looked quite tidy. However 2 out of the 3 lamps did not work. Which left us in the dark. We asked if they could fix that. Upon which one of the chefs from the restaurant came to switch our lightbulbs.

The shower/toilet also had a very distinct, unpleasant smell. Which made it so that we never used the shower.

The only upside seems to be the restaurant. They serve a decent breakfast. Just make sure to get up early, because they clean up exactly at 9.30

First of all, I'm really not that high demanding

When I arrived, there was a good and fast check-in. The people are nice (or I haven't had a lot of interaction with them to give a clear review on that). I asked the guy at what time the breakfast is. He said at 7 am. So I said that I wanted to leave at 7 am. He said you can knock on the kitchen at 6:30. Oke

Arriving in my room the t.v. is just for show, because there was no remote control and I couldn't get it on. The toilet was outside and shared. There wasn't any soap in the dispenser. Furthermore in the room, just when I wanted to go to sleep, I wanted to light up my night light. It didn't work So I saw another one and thought I will just swap it. It also didn't work and the lightbulb was broken.

I went to sleep thinking of this review and said to myself, it's all good no problem

In the morning (i'm punctional, 6:30 means 6:30). I went down and no one was there. No one at the reception and no one at the kitchen. I had to wait around ten minutes before some one arrived and she told me that she didn't knew about nothing and the man didn't tell him anything. Still I had to wait before she opened the door.

That last experience changed my mood to maybe i'll get back to i don't want to get back anymore.

Some positive aspects:
It was clean
They have a parking space for ten euros a night

Good budget stay in Eindhoven..!!! Very nice complimentary breakfast. They follow strict check-in and check-out timings, better get it confirmed before arrival.

El personal muy atento, la ubicación está a solo minutos caminando de la estación Central de trenes! Y el desayuno muy bueno!! Totalmente recomendable. Existen bastantes bares y lugares para comer en las cercanías. Y el estadio Philips a 5 minutos

The hotel was very nice. Shared bathroom, but for the price I don't mind. An OK breakfast was included with the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would absolutely stay there again, if I'm in Eindhoven again.

Ontbijt prima, receptie vriendelijk. Maar de kamers waren gammel en een douchegordijn ontbrak, waardoor de hele badkamer, inclusief toilet, kletsnat werd.

A volte non serve il massimo 5 stelle, bastano loro, i proprietari e coloro che ci lavorano, un Hotel davvero unico, gentilezza e classe lo contraddistinguono.
Sometimes it is not necessary a 5 stars hotel because the owners and who works in it, makes really the difference so nice and kindly everybody!!Thanks for everything.
