Great location and clean rooms. Air conditioner a little cold.problem was someone had a dog that barked the whole evening. Horrible experience since I had not carried my earplugs.😡😨

Schönes Zimmer, Essen im Restaurant gut aber wenig und teuer, das Frühstück war nicht so lecker, dafür ist die Lage direkt an Deich schön und ruhig.

Worst hotel I've been to. The staff were unfriendly and rude, especially the lady on reception- perhaps get someone more appropriate to greet guests in the future. The rooms were certainly not what we were promised, they weren't that clean and for a 4 star hotel I wanted more.

To make matters worse when we came to check out they charged us over £100 because there were 2 of us We were booked in at the hotel along with at least 10 other rooms, most of them couples who didn't have to pay extra. When we complained they weren't interested. I'd like to know why my partner and I were the only ones to be charged? What was it about us that didn't take your fancy?

The food looked great but we never got around to eating it as you couldn't have it in your room, you had to use there restaurant which wasn't convenient.

I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here, there are more hotels more centrally located anyway especially if you want a relaxing time. Everything to this hotel and staff was a hassle.
