Ontspannen sfeer, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en een prachtig uitzicht. Het hotel heeft wandel- en fietsroutes in de omgeving klaarliggen. Supergoed bevallen!

Management is veranderd sinds april. Ze hebben mooie aanpassingen gedaan aan het interieur. Maar de keuken is minder goed.

Nieuwe uitbaters hebben ons super goed ontvangen. Heel vriendelijk en attent, lekker eten, verzorgde kamers. Zeker een aanrader!

Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant sehr gute Küche wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzen will muss man das explizit bei der Reservierung angeben

I don't normally write reviews, because most of the time my visits in hotels are all okay, but this one however was horrible! My visit there has been over a week now and I am still shocked and speechless of how me and my family were treated!
The place and hotel was clean and lovely and other employees were absolutely friendly! I am not going to lie about that, but the host/employee (I have no idea of what his position was in the hotel) was the rudest person I have ever met!. He accused us multiple times for smoking in the hotel! Never in my life would I smoke inside a hotel! I don't even smoke inside my own house because it is absolutely disgusting. Nevertheless, the first time he accused us, we explained him that this wasn't the case at all, but the guy refused to listen and continued accusing us the rest of the days during our stay!!
He embarrassed me in front of other guests, he even had the nerves to embarrass my family and boyfriend. While we were trying to explain ourselves in a polite manner (even though we are the guests and he is the host and it should be the other way around) he was talking really rude to us!.
He even made me cry on the way back home! I felt terrible! I felt like a liar and a bad person. He embarrassed me in front of other people! He didn't even want to talk about it in normal way.
I advise people to not go to that place! Unless you want to go home feeling horrible..response / report this review -
