Nice staf, Good bed, Good shower, Good breakfast. Good location. Room not really soundproof. We slept on the ‘garden side’ of the hotel and we could hear people smoking at the Fire escape and garden at night. Also at 3.30 am the Fire alarm went off and we had to leave the hotelroom for over an hour because the didn’t have the code to reset alarm. Not my best night.

I paid for a room the night before so I could go straight to bed on arrival after having been up the previous day and flown 12 hours overnight
The room I was given was stuffy with no opening windows and next to the lift and With a not working AIRCON or any ventilation at all. As a result it smelt and really not good for sleeping in
With only one girl on duty there was little she could do. Now I have to wait 3 hrs for cleaners to arrive as hotel was fully booked last night
This hotel has minimal staff and clearly does not check their rooms
Last time here they made a mess with accounts
The hotel used to be good but is just not sufficiently resourced for the numbers they get
All I got was a smile from the single receptionist and “sorry”
Now I am layout my down on the sofa in the reception!!!!

I've been spoiled in many 4 and 5-star hotels, but my stay at Holiday Inn Express, The Hague, was no less satisfying. From booking to check-out, I was given to feel "important" and to top that off, their genuine "service with a smile" was the icing on the cake! The hotel was ideally located (for me, at least), with my work place, The Parliament, shopping places, restaurants, bars, bakeries and cafés all within 300 meters in any given direction. If the opportunity arises, I will return to Holiday Inn Express yet again!

I loved the location, the bedroom is simple but cozy. The shower is so good. Unfortunately I couldn’t have breakfast cause I was so lazy on he comfortable bed that I lost the time.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express - Parliament in The Hague and found the property to be exactly what we expected and very reasonably priced.
Well received upon arrival, checked in efficiently, we found front desk and other staff to be very friendly, polite and helpful during our stay. Check-in attendant in particular was very useful in helping us identify location of intended sightseeing locations on an area map.
Hotel is excellently located just off Het Plein in the old town. It is a 10 minute walk to Den Haag Central rail station and less than 2 minutes to many cafes, bars and restaurants on Het Plein (public Square). The excellent Mauritshuis Museum and Binnenhof are just a few minutes away as well.
The HI lobby area is relaxing and nice, breakfast is similar to other HI properties. Rooms are also very familiar if you stay at HI Express properties elsewhere. There is adequate space with necessary desk, luggage space, comfortable mattress and pillows for a good night sleep. TV with English channels, fast and steady wifi and coffee/tea facility. Bathroom is spacious with amenities - just as you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
In the end, we were very pleased with this Holiday Inn Express. They seem to get the important things right for the market segment they are aiming for met all the expectations we had for this hotel in The Hague. We'd gladly stay here again during future visits.response / report this review -

1. Het bedden was zeker niet schoon op het kussen sloop zat zwart het leek van mascara. 2. Geen klere kast. 3. Ontbijt lage maar 4 belegde eetwarens niks van gekookte eieren of worstjes of bonen wat er bij de Meeste hotels wel zijn ojaa eiersalade haha maar die was niet te eten. 4. Koffie uit de machine die was lauw en de sapjes die waren super super zoet als je net wakkrr bent is dat niet te drinken. En dat voor 93 euro ped nacht exc belasting! Veelste veel geld voor zo een hotel

Fijn hotel gelegen op een top lokatie!! Kamer is niet groot maar groot genoeg met heerlijke bedden en een badkamer met heerlijk ruime douche. Een hele vriendelijke staf en speciaal compliment voor Monique van het ontbijt. Het ontbijtbuffet trouwens overtrof onze verwachtingen! Het was ons eerste verblijf en komen zeker vaker terug.

Mooi en goed hotel in hartje Den Haag. Vriendelijk personeel en erg goed ontbijt.
Alles is goed op loop afstand te doen. Verder is er altijd de tram die je naar bv Scheveningen kan brengen. Wij zullen zeker terug komen en ik zal dit hotel zeker aan mijn gasten van Holland Travel aan bevelen.response / report this review -

Super hotel, alles naar wens en heel vriendelijk mensen.
1 ding en dat kan het hotel niks aandoen. Last van nachtlawaai. Zomeravond was supergezellig maar liep uit de hand voor sommige. Wij kommen zekers nog terug.response / report this review -

Hotel ładny miasto piękne ale obsługa i brak możliwości otwarcia okna dobija jak pogoda lub śniadanie lecz każdy kto był w Holandii wie pada padało będzie padać � ale 150euro za kręcenie na pokoju Lolka to chyba nie prawidłowa wysokość opłaty dodatkowego czyszczenia no ale cóż te sprzątaczki chyba 400euro dniowki mają ��

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Hotel staat op een perfecte locatie, lekker dichtbij de stad en het Lange Voorhout - Foodtruck festival Rrrollend. Kamer is ruim genoeg, zeker voor 1 nacht. Fijne badkamer, alleen erg jammer dat er veel schimmel in de douche zat. Ontbijt is simpel, maar voor ieder wat wils. Als de badkamers goed aangepakt gaan worden, zal ik er zeker nog eens verblijven.

prima hotel alleen jammer dat wij om 5 uur in de ochtend wakker werden van een enorme herrie dat werd veroorzaakt door aan of afvoer van linnengoed in containers
