VERY bad service! I bought 4 very expensive swirl wine glasses which became dull after a short time. For the price you pay for this glassware, that is simply not allowed. If it does happen, you expect service from the company. Well there isn't. You will receive an automatic e-mail and if you ask further questions, you will receive a snappy response from a 'customer service employee'. Furthermore, they literally don't care about you and you can choose it yourself.

Do not be delivered between Christmas and New Year's Day because when you open the packages and the chair is broken they refuse to exchange it for you. Zero customer service

Unfortunately cheapest build quality. The drawer was scratched and falling apart after only a couple of weeks. The screws were turned so hardly that the holes are pitted and the screws fall out. Like that all the parts are loose and are falling apart from the cupboard.
