Complete disaster and ultimate rip off. A mechanic that fails to inform the manager that a car is not finished and therefore not ready to be picked up. At first they give you an estimated 1000 Euro diagnose on issues that need to be fixed. I waited a few days, came back; car not ready and another additional 1000 Euro costs, waited another day, came back; car still not ready.

This company has costed me a mere +_ 3000 Euro (and a three days leave from work) and my car still wasnt fixed! And to think that I thought it was better to take my Opel to an Opel dealer because it would better for the car.. NOT! Eventually I had my car fixed by an honest mechanic. The only offer that this company had was to sell me a refurbished part of the engine that needed to be fixed to lower the costs(!) And they offered me that with a straight face.

So altogether this company made around 3000 euro without fixing the car (yes they replaced parts yes, but the problem for which I brought it there was never resolved). And if you are not from Limburg I strongly advise anyone not to go here because they will most certainly rip you off. What happened to me happened in 2015, I eventually had to sell my car because of all the costs I made because of this company. And this company? They made an extra buck on a goodwilling customer.

Shame on this company and the star I rated isnt even worth it. I strongly advise anyone to take their car elsewhere.

I will post the receipts when Hekkert Heerlen tries to debunk this review. Its 2017 now and im still fed up about it and reading all those reviews below I thought I'd help someone by warning them. It is still your own choice to go here but I highly reccommend you not to, knowing I should have placed this review here in 2015 already.

Zeer slechte service bij mij

Hier een auto nieuw gekocht, maar echt alleen maar slechte ervaringen.

1 van de voorbeelden heb er nog veel meer.
Was een pinnetje afgebroken van de sigarettenaansteker tijdens de garantie, maar ik had geen tijd en dacht dat doe ik wel tijdens de volgende onderhoudsbeurt. Zullen ze wel niet moeilijk over doen, kleinigheid. Ik was 2 weken over de datum en ze deden moeilijk over een nieuwe bevestiging wat denk ik nog geen tientje kost.
