We had such a great time at the Heineken experience! I recommend taking the tour, as it was very informative. There's also a large bar where you can drink Heineken (the whole point of going here!) and play games. I highly recommend it!

Under renovation right now so the tour as a whole is limited, but the temp tasting area set up out in the stables is a great addition! Not sure if the basement dance-club-like tasting room is normally part of the tour, but it was too crowded and hot to be liked by all. The various artistic demonstrations towards the end were somewhat interesting, but seemed somewhat out of place.

On the top floors of this completely renovated brewery, five meeting rooms have been created. Every meeting room has its own unique character.

LINES ARE LONG! Even with the pre-paid ticket. We also went on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30pm (1630) Once you get inside, it is really informative and really fun. Would have been more fun had it not taken 45min to get inside and had it not been as crowded. They have a lot of different levels with fun, interactive things to do (picture attached). They also give you lots of freebies, Polaroids, half pint drinking glasses, and a cool beer opener. The vibes were really great. You only get 2 free beers, and one beer tasting, which was basically a full glass of beer. Totally think it's worth checking out, my advice buy the Rock the city tour tickets, you get the Heineken experience, Adam swing, and canal tour for cheap!

One of the best brewery tours we have seen. Very interactive and informative. A place you must visit if going to Amsterdam. The price of admission is low and during the tour you get to sample Wort and the finished beer and are given two tokens for beer at the roof top Heineken lounge.

As the name suggests, this is more about the experience. You don't really learn a huge deal that you probably didn't already know. But there are interactive areas and a rooftop bar you can enjoy drinks. That would be a nice place to spend a few hours with friends, and there's a BBQ up there too. Worth a couple of hours out of the trip to come here for sure.

It was an overall great experience, like many others have stated it is expensive (approximately 16€). It was a self-guided walking tour with video and guides in different areas providing the history of Heineken and the brewing process. They also give you a taste of wort, which had an interesting taste. During the tour they have a 4D experience, which demonstrates the brewing process and it was surprisingly informative and fun. Before they take you to the rooftop bar, they teach you how to drink a beer (so you really get 2.5 beers). On the rooftop bar you are bar you are served two beers, which had nice views of the city. After the bar you are lead through a series of games and photo opportunities.

It was a great experience and I would recommend it.

It was a bit pricey but it wasn't so bad. It was okay, it was good but not the best.

There wasn't much people because we arrived 2 hrs prior to closing. But when we saw the queue the following day, it was packed up until outside the building. I suggest you get your tickets beforehand and avoid the peak hours.

The first few parts were pretty straight-forward. The lady explaining the history of the heineken seemed she didn't like what she was doing. Our kid enjoyed the part where you will be watching a video on how they brew the beer because it was like you were part of the actual process. But for me, it was pretty boring. Something you can skip.

Then the rooftop is where you can get your free beers. There was a lounge where you can see old Heineken commercials. You can also order a bottle with your name or anything you want to put as a souvenir but when we got it, it was so small that it wasn't even worth it.

Overall, it was good. Good stop to just relax and have a couple of drinks. You're paying to experience Heineken basically.

After 4 trips to Amsterdam we finally went to visit the Heineken Experience. The big reason we didn't go earlier was the cost. Even though each admission comes with 2 beer, as a non-beer drinker that wasn't a think for me, and even then, it was a pretty pricey way to spend an hour. I was surprised by the experience - it was actually pretty educational and interesting. Tasting stations for different parts of the process (like the wort) was a neat touch, and the 4D ride was pretty cool. If you have the funds, or love beer, this would be a great activity. If it's your first time in Amsterdam and time is a factor, I wouldn't make this the number one priority.

A good touristic attraction. The line can be long, you should better purchase tickes in advance from the web. But purchased ticket's line can also be long, the best option is to go early.

If you love beers, a must visit. Historical site, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and fun interactive games. You receive two tokens for two beers or one tall glass of their coldest beer below that's zero or if you are lucky all 3 😂

Educational experience for those who would like to know more of the Heineken & a glimpse at the art of brewing. Post tour, the visitors are greeted with a few interactive halls, including tap your own perfect pint. Grab some premium souvenirs on the way out

A good bit of fun with about 2 hours worth of stuff to do. If you like beer you'll love it, if you hate beer youll still find it fun.

I really enjoyed the Heineken experience, the staff were young and energetic and everyone was happy to talk about the beer and what they were doing. Nothing made me say "wow" really and nothing thrilled or impressed me but that doesn't deduct from how strangely wholesome the whole experience felt. The price is about right for what you get and you get lots of cheap/free souvenirs.

The taste of Heineken is good. But this experience was a little bit awkward. It looks like a big showroom of technological stuff with old fashioned and boring jokes, like put your face in another body at a screen.

The advert shows big bronze pipes, but there are nothing inside but screens. The only part that was real, was the sad horses standing in a very hot place, only looking to the nothing. I felt so bad about them. Why everything is digital and that horses had to stay there?

The moment that could be interesting, when you can pull your pint it was digital.Fake! With no beer!

Anyway. Despite this experience, I'll never stop appreciate your beer.
