Nice location with helpful employees.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to by car yet close to old town centre. Convenient parking only 100m from hotel.

Well overpriced hotel, arrogant and unfriendly receptionist. No tea / coffee facility in the room. Expensive on-site parking. There are better hotels in the area. Not recommended.

Tried to book a room online, there was a website glitch and it changed the date, booking the wrong day. I realized it and requested a cancellation minutes later and the hotel refused to refund the cost. Don't expect this hotel to help or offer any assistance for booking issues, worst example of customer service I've ever heard of.
