Today my foscam got back from the media market for repair just still broken what a bad service unbelievable.

What a VALUABLE mess Foscam is! DO NOT BUY IT! You go on the clay mountain with this Chinese gang! The software is as leaky as a basket, full of bugs and cannot be used normally. Service does not know this company, if you get a camera repaired, you will be muddling for hours to get the camera going again. The company building is equipped with 8 cameras that I will now draw piece by piece from the facade to replace for something else; NEVER NO MORE FOSCAM FOR US!

Worst configuration interface ever seen, will not let you login camera after changing security credentials only allows unsafe passwords or default passwords, huge security risk only works out of box without configuration, after it forces you to set password it stops working.

Great service. We dropped by with a Foscam camera which wasn't bought at their store. Camera had bad focus. They told me it had probably been because of falling damage, but since it had no visible damage they swapped it without problems. Friendly people and good service. Very much recommended.
