If I could give this hotel 0 I would firstly the receptionist was extremely rude no mini fridge or kettle in the room no blow dryer they don’t change the sheet until you ask the restaurant is extremely over price and does not have a lot of options they would not serve Just chips for a child and was told this is not a fish and chip restaurant would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy

The staff is excellent: friendly yet professional. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and it is situated at a very nice location. However, there is a pond at the back that is extremely dirty and smells accordingly. And the sprout lines in the shower simply cannot be mostly black because of mold, not even for a two star hotel, let alone for a four star hotel.

ive been here a view times and really liked it specially the drink and food machines in the halls,lol.also the pool with sauna was very nice I would stay here anytime its free if I could,lol.great hotel a recommend it to everybody.

The rating is for the hotel restaurant. The waiters have a professional appearance however their behaviour is rather unprofessional. The provided service was far below average. The waiter declined to serve drinks at the terrace to bridge our waiting time for a table. Later people got served food and drinks. A waiter currently not engage in an activity would not take orders. No attention on empty glasses, used plates did not get removed. The offered food is overpriced considering the quality. The salad dressing was out of balance, no tardiness, no spices, no herbs, flavourless.

The staff is unreal. The price is ridiculous. Breakfast is delicious. Great place for a better price. We arrived after the kitchen was closed. They fixed us sandwiches. Truly amazing service. Highly recommended. You can also have a very nice walk in the surrounding woods. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place.
