  Bought our 1st fitness device in Naaldwijk last week.
  A Kettler Optima 800.
  Initially we had in mind an entry-level model, but we are pleased that the seller has convinced us to buy this Optima 800.
  Good and expert advice and not a word of exaggerated top stuff ..!!
  Costs a few cents more but then you also have something at home.
  The 1st kilometers are already in the legs and many more will follow.

  Very bad customer service. Drove back and forth for 45 minutes to pick up a barbell. Once at home, I checked the exact dimensions of the bar and it turned out that the staff had given me the wrong bar. "System error". If I wanted to exchange it I had to "come back", even after I explained that this is quite a drive for me. It was apparently not an option for them to bring the right rod themselves and take the wrong one back with them. Come on, then travel another 1.5 hours to get the right rod. I asked for an allowance because the gasoline is not free either and it was not my fault. I could get a protein shake or water bottle. Of course I didn't have to because I can get it online for 80 cents. No apologies have even been made. In short, never again Fitwinkel Naaldwijk.

  Echt een ontzettend fijne winkel met een ruim assortiment fitnessartikelen voor zowel de beginnende als zeer gevorderde sporter. Zeer attent en deskundig personeel, die je bijstaat met waardevol advies en de tijd voor je neemt, zelfs bij topdrukte. Wij hadden een dumbell set gekocht waar we achteraf bedenkingen over hadden, deze hebben we de volgende dag daarom toch maar geretourneerd. Het personeel was zeer begripvol en nam de retour zonder probleem aan. Simpelweg hierdoor zal ik altijd voor al mijn fitness aankopen naar deze winkel terugkeren en aan iedereen aanraden.

  We placed an order a week ago and the delivery has still not been performed. Despite explaining multiple times over emails that there has been no delivery nor note in our mailbox, Fitwinkel is not helping in solving the issue. We have bought an expensive loopband and were expecting a much better service.
  So far, we do not recommend this website.

  In plaats vanaf je bank fitness apparatuur te kopen kan je ook gewoon naar Naaldwijk rijden. Je wordt hier prettig, deskundig en eerlijk geholpen.
  Met een grote showroom is er altijd wel een keuze te maken.
  Verleden jaar een airbike (AD8 Pro) gekocht, snelle levering, montage en uitleg thuis. Vandaag een loopband besteld. Deze wordt uiteraard ook afgemonteerd geleverd.
  
  Ook voor accessoires kan je in de winkel terecht, met een ruime voorraad is er keuze genoeg.
