So a normal checkup would take a short time, according to them it would take 2-3 weeks? It's been 2 weeks and i didn't have any contact for a whole week, no information, no service, no mail response or anything.

Then i get called, "Your supermoto doesn't fall under the 1st service anymore because it's over 3000km", excuse me what? 3000km? Then because of that you have to pay 250$ for everything, never dealing with these people ever again.

Big negative feedback, don't deal with these people for your own sake, they'll rip you off.

Don’t let the positive reviews fool you. You can’t rely on this scootershop. They have the worst customer service and they take ages to prepare your scooter. And I’m still waiting so I’m praying 🙏🏼 that I still even get my scooter. They charge €250 cancellation fee which is ridiculous! All the empty promises are disgusting. The way they treat you is disgusting. My emails? Unanswered. My phone calls? Hanged up on. I feel let down by them. This is not how you should feel when buying a scooter. You’d be better off ordering elsewhere.

PLEASE DONT BUY A SCOOTER HERE i have a fsctuur for prove it. I buy it a killerbee custom, they dont have it the color i wanted and they ofer me only 1 color option, then i asked for the rembourse and they BLOCK ME on her telephone, BEFORE 1 month waiting with my lawyer calls i get my money back, but if you dont fight for it they weel never rembourse you, they are the most scammers i see on my life, i can show us my factuur and show thats NOT A FAKE REVIEW
I hope i help some people to dont get scammed.
Answer: The problem is they block you from the phone and they just try to past the time and if it was not for my lawyer i was get the money in 1 year, and the public atention its just mediocre they dont understand what its a "prove" or they just dont want to underdtand i stay with the same puntiation becuse us are a fake, and us only try to get profit for everythink and lie our customers. FOR EVERYONE PLEASE DONT BUY SCOOTER ON THIS PLACE YOU CAN GET BETTER ONE I HUNDRED OF OTHER PLACES!!

Do NOT BUY sccoters here! Very low quality of service; the first inspection - it took them 1 month to take my scooter and bring it back! 70km away from their headquaters. Apart of it, my BTC scooter has a tank of 3.5L instead of 5.5L lke the offer says!! I reported it 3 times, after the inspection it came back without the problem fixed I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVISE ANYMORE. Thank You very much for this lesson F&F !!!!
