  Brought them a Cortina U4 to replace the front tire. Took them days to replace it, and when I went there in the day we agreed upon, it wasn't ready yet. I had to go back there in the late afternoon. All this to find out that the tire was a cheap model, with the wrong color (the other tire was cream coloured, this was black), and the wrong size (not a cargo tire, just a simple thinner cheap city tire). The bike also makes a loud metallic noise that was not doing before. 43€. I have seen bad, but this is on a different scale. They treated my cortina as if it was any omafiets found in the garbage, and they didn't even inform me on what they would have done. Went to somebody else immediately to undone everything, of course. Never again.

  Very friendly staff, they let you test the bikes, before you buy them and the prices are good too.
  
  EDIT: After a year, whenever I needed something, they repaired everything fast and good.

  Onlangs heb ik vering voor mijn Kidcar aangeschaft. De vering kon direct worden gemonteerd, binnen 10 minuten was ik geholpen en kreeg ik de montage kosten ook nog cadeau! Heel erg vriendelijk personeel.
  Tevens zijn alle onderdelen voor Kidcar hier te krijgen omdat Evers Janssen als een van de weinige aan onderdelen en accessoires kan komen.
