You absolutely have to come here! Probably the best sangria in town and the food is to die for. Shrimp in garlic and octopus with potatoes of grill were delicious. Super soft and very flavourful. The atmosphere was very nice, it felt like a vacation. Great service! And even my mediterranean friends were impressed by paella and the quality of food. Great service!

Delicious Spanish food and cute restaurant. The service was a bit messy but you could see they were overwhelmed by the amount of people. However the staff was nice and lovely, and the price is really good for Amsterdam!

Great staff, great food. Eating here felt like a small holiday.
Staff is very friendly, helpful and also generous.
The food tastes authentic Spanish, and they also have a wide variety of the typical Spanish tapas you find in other restaurants.

Will definitely come back here again.

Local and family run Tapas bar. The chef has an amazing talent, the menu is well balanced and priced at a local level. Flavours are always balanced, would recommend making reservations at least on the same day if not earlier. A personal go to location for Spanish cuisine in the Jordaan area.

This is the other Duende restaurant. More of an upscale restaurant from the Duende Tapas Bar. We actually stopped in here after having tapas and fino at the tapas bar. We sat at the bar and found the food to be excellent, as was the service. We liked how we weren't taken for granted as tourists. If you like Spanish food, like, made-in-Spain Spanish food, this is the place.

Average! Better off spending the money & catching a plane to Barcelona. Life is too short. Staff were lovely however .

Like the atmosphere here. Been here 3 times since I started living in Amsterdam. Great place to watch Real Madrid games also. Besides that the food is great and tastes like it does in Spain.

We have visited multiple times with a group of 4. The squid, mushrooms, chorizo and lamb never disappoints. Do Not Miss the squid!

Convivial atmosphere with friendly service despite the huge weekend crowd. Food is just fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant.

tapas place. spin off of the popular Duende at Lindengracht. But for some reason this place just doesn't do it, nor the food or the atmosphere. But the good thing is

The staff were slow and more interested in making their own drinks than remembering ours. We ordered drinks and waiting 15 minutes to receive them even though we were one of 3 occupied tables. The menu was printed on some a4 paper stapled at the top with food stains on it. The food was terrible. The vegetable salad was slimy, greasy and fried in vegetable oil which resulted in a very sick feeling for the rest of the evening.
The service was non-existent. Lots of people around but they left it to a kid to do who was coughing and spluttering whilst making the drinks. Just awful.
