Right on City Squareso very noisy. False advertising - website says "lift" but you have to climb 12 steps to get to it. Staff were apologetic and did scramble to carry our mother up the stairs. Breakfast was included and fairly good.

I booked a single room which is really small and pretty expensive. The room has double windows which can avoid noisy because this hotel is exactly in the city central. Staff is quite nice. The bed is quite suitable for me. I like the bathroom although it is small as well. Whatever you want, including kettle, iron, fan, you can get those stuff from the reception. But it only provides one refrigerator which is located in public area within the hotel. I do not like this service, it might cause someone take your food away.

The place is exactly what you expect. A reasonably clean room in the center of the city. It's nothing to look at, but it does it's job well. Plus for the restaurant downstairs, the continental breakfast was fine.

We love staying here. Its in the centte of every thing. The restaurant serves really nice food and you get discount if you eat there.

Friendly staff, good price and a superb location. As a guest one gets a 10% discount for the Italian restaurant on the ground floor (drinks excluded).

This hotel is a mixed bag. Stay longer than a couple of nights and you might feel like moving on. I won't be staying again, simply because it's hard to get a good night's sleep.

The positives: A great location, friendly staff and clean rooms.

The negatives: Rooms are basic and small. Prepare to be awoken early in the morning by the busy street noise (closing the windows doesn't help).

You can get much better accommodation for a comparable price.
The hotel rooms are small and really shabby. All the flaked off color, all the yellowed wallpaper and all the stains really got me depressed.
The bathroom was tiny and the shower cubicle was broken.
The concierge was unfriendly and not very helpful. When I requested an invoice with my company address on it (need that to get a refund) she just gave me one of the blank receipts without comment. Breakfast is included but the coffee was awful and the croissants dry
