Best techno club in Amsterdam, amazing staff, crowd and venue. Always good djs playing.
Actually, I can’t give it any star due to the porters didn’t allow me to go in because of I didn’t know who was playing. That was very sad for me because I really wanted to go in, I know what I like and that is techno and when I go to the club I know where I go and I never get disappointed in any club just this time. The guy told me there was lot of people that night and if I didn’t know who was playing I couldn’t get in. He said this information was on the website but I checked before to go and I didn’t see anything in the website, anyway it the most stupid escuxe I’ve never heard in my life. I am sorry because the place looked amazing and the atmosphere in the queue was good vibes (I imagine inside would be the same) but the porter behaviour was kind of silly and looking down his nose, so I can’t give this club more than 0 star
They are racist and do not allow you to get in there if you don’t go with a Dutch person. Queue is huge and they don’t care if you have or not a ticket purchased in advance. The doorman tries to be cool but he is just a puppet who doesn’t know how to read from the guest list
Awesome NIGHT!
This Club is 100% recommendation for people they like to dance, they need awesome sound and everything without stress. Pure Energy on the dance floor... enough space to rest, fantastic Art rooms and the atmosphere is unique.

I've been told De School is a good night, but that's about as much a I know. On arriving we were asked two questions by the arrogant door staff:
"Do you know what's going on inside?"
and
"Do you know who's playing?"
Our answers to both of those questions were deemed unsatisfactory and we were immediately turned away.
If you're planning on going be prepared to prove that you are worthy.
(We were a group of 4 non-locals with two dark skinned Asians among us which, if you read the other reviews, might go some way to explaining why we weren't let in.)
