The best restaurant of The Netherlands. 🌟🌟🌟Michelin restaurant. The chef de cuisine is Jonnie Boer and his wife Thérèse Boer-Tausch is maître and sommelier.

Rarely I had a 3 star menu in such a relaxed atmosphere. Together with the hotel this was one of the best gastronomic experiences in my life. Only minus: Madame Boer was not able to suggest wines.

A warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Order the house made Gin Tonic and you might see the Head Chef Jonnie Boer making your drink. The menu is flexible so you can make your own combination.

Reservation months up front, which is obvious for 3 stars Michelin. Take the 10 course menu with wine and let them surprise you. Thérèse and Jonnie are great.
