Unfortunately we had a hassle on Christmas Day and then you know that you pay more.
First called another person and he charged 700 euros to replace a lock. We did not do this and then he charged a call-out and cancellation costs of 150. Unfortunately I was not there myself so I couldn't do anything about it but this was ridiculous.
Then the Hague locksmith called and he fixed everything for 150. He was on time quickly and helped us very well.

I (unfortunately) called the worst locksmith in The Hague (locksmith24-7.NL) who came and broke my door never coming back to fix it as they promised... (do NEVER use them).
Then I was lucky enough to get a hold of Marcel...
He came and took a look at what they had done: “bad work” he said, but I can fix it
Marcel fixed it and replaced the lock.
At the same time we had him change our lock on the front door - Marcel noticed that the door was not closing properly and fixed the hinges while he was there anyway!
We had an exceptional good experience with Marcel and will highly recommend him.
He is professional, nice and honest - and his price is very fair!

He replied quickly to the problem and diagnosed the problem efficiently. When he arrived on the scene he opened the door quickly. He asked for a very fair price for the work, when other companies were asking more. Would work with again!
