Cooking Acts & Kitchen Dialogues is an ongoing series of events hosted by The ___ Sajeria Foodtruck, a platform for food-related art practices ran by Lia Satzinger.. For each of these events an artist is invited to take over The __ Sajeria Foodtruck for a day, to appropriate and utilize its space for the presentation or performance of their work. The format of these events varies according to each artist’s practice, and might be anything from a performance, talk, or lecture, to a cooking residency. However, food acts as the frame for each event, and is always present.
