  Beautifully laid out, this library has a collection of English books as well. Free and fast WiFi and lots of working areas are a plus. And the lower floor houses a tourist information and a nice café.

  2nd floor has a great selection of english books and every tuesday from 1:30-3p there are free dutch conversation classes (all levels) on the 3rd floor...

  Pretty big library in the city centre (5min walk from cemtral station).
  It has general study/reading tables on every floor, and also a piano box, computer tables, and a kids' room/space.
  On the ground floor there's a cafe, a shop and the tourist information desk. Besides the obvious book lending services, this library offers a wide variety of events, ranging from piano recitals to readings.

  Generally a nice place to read and study, but the Cafe or the various study rooms could be bigger! Also not necessarily quiet enough! But one of my favorite places in Den Haag, and really recommended! :)
