Great hotel, rooms are very clean and the beds very soft. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are not intrusive and are the food is great. I recommend the bacon and cheese burger.

On and all the place was good but gets 4 stars because of the value for money which I thought wasn't Specially the breakfast which although good and had great selection, was very expensive!

I visited the restaurant for lunch. I had fish and chips which was not very good and very expensive. OK if you dont want to go search for a restaurant, however not recommended.

I stayd in a brand new deluxe room for 1 night. The bed was very good and the breakfast was delicious. It was only 15 mins by bus to the city centre of Utrecht, so a nice and quite location.

I hit my head in the ceiling in the room. Twice! And the recepcionist were complicated persons, who cannot handle paying and guarantee-reading in one action, so I have to wait for it at check-out. When I was in a hurry, and think I've already paid for the room the previous night. It was really annoying, too. However, when you go there for wellness and not for business, it would be great.

The hotel is a bit too far from the center but the parking was free. The mattress was too soft. The leisure center is small but included in the price so that's a nice plus.

Rooms were clean, having a nice balcony view. Also, the breakfast food was great. However, there could have been a bigger variety of breakfast options.

This hotel is located in an industrial area wedged between highways. It is a typical conference hotel. The hotel is clean and the food is good but it lacks all character.

Heating doesn't work, just little electric heater, and you see the moist in the corner of the room. except that everything was excellent!

Classy looking place with good rates. Clean and spacios rooms. Friendly staff. The largest downside is that this hotel is pretty far from the city center and if you don't have a car, a quick visit to the downtown isn't really an option.
