We stayed in one of the newer Hip Rooms and saw the plans for upgrades due to be finished in March 2018 and cannot wait to go back. Really welcoming staff and great facilities. The crèche which allowed us to leave our 2 year old with them whilst we had some adult only gym and Spa time was unique and special touch. Made for families whether you are into sports or not there is a lot to do. Highly recommend this place it's a hidden gem.

Great options to spend time with. Just in the lobby airhockey chess, poolbilliard, great fitness area, basketball, soccer, tennis, Bowling, etc Friendly staff, big bathrooms, spaceful showers, nice sporty details @ the room interior, all you can eat table barbecue and bowling offer for little money. Big parking area, all in all a nice place to stay.

Not much to complain about, the staff is awesome and the facilities are great. The swimming pool could be better and the bar there, actually a real bar. But a weekend spent here can be really relaxing and revigorating.

Great inside-rooms decorations with big balls, inspirational sentences, bright and clean. Comfy beds, helpful service and various choices for breakfast. Worth for staying and I will definitely come back

Old & Noisy (under construction). But helpful and friendly staff. Left a day earlier than planned due the loud and early noises by the construction workers. The sport facilities were nice. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at this moment, might improve after they renovation is done.

Lovely hotel, lovely spa facilities, extensive gym and sports hall, bowling alley, tennis courts. Great location. Would come again. Would have given 5 star if it wasn't because of the visibility of the hotel entrance doors. Glass doors can be hard to see especially for children. There were a few accidents of chidren bumping into them. Otherwise fantastic hotel, staff and facilities.

It's an excellent all in centre very nice hotel. Good facilities for relaxation, sport and a fun night out with friends. Hygiene is very good. Staff is nice and the reception ladies are as nice as could be!

Rented a suite, it was updated and clean and well appointed. Dinner was excellent, service was snappy. I am very satisfied with my visit this year. Much improved over last year.

Not nice hotel and restaurant. 2 stars because sport centrum is alright (if you forget about not nice lady on the reception desk). Room in hotel was old and stinky. it smells like old water or someone smoked cigarettes in it. In restaurant I got too salty soup after which I had diarrhea. Bowling is acceptable although they even don't have spray to shoes. So you can get nice foot infection for free. No idea for what this hotel has 4 stars. nothing to recommend

I went bowling at carlton de brug. It was a lot of fun, and definitely worth the time! I would definitely recommend going there if you want to go bowling!
