Nice place if you have kids. I got a little scared after reading all these reviews here. However, I found the staff quite friendly and the mobile home was fine. Dated, but fine. Clean and everything was working. The kids playground and swimmingpool are amazing and the pirate theme is well worked out and funny.
The food isn't amazing, but it's not expencive either. I would recommend this place and be back later. Maybe we were lucky, but we also felt bad for this place with all the horrible reviews but also good price value combination. We were here for only a weekend, but enjoyed it.response / report this review -

The caravan was dirty and it smelled pretty badly. The place has no character and the information was misleading. Very expensive for what they offer. The staff was not capable and the quality of the restaurant was dreadful. Would not recommend it.

Nice bungalowpark for a good price! But the staff is a bunch of incompetent interns that don't care about helping customers in an adequate way. They take no less than 20 minutes for each customer that has booked AND PAYED online. The only thing they had to do is give them the key to their house. The deposit has to be payed (!), they cannot reserve it on your creditcard. We had to pay an extra 5 euros to get a second house key (those cards cost 10 cents and we had to give it back afterwards ofcourse). That second house key didn't work!! So we had to get back in line again.
All in all, several hours wait for something that could've been done in 5 minutes.
PS. Let your Facebook messages proof read! A 5 year old kid is better in Dutch than the person who writes your posts!response / report this review -

Too far out the way with very little transport links to travel into Amsterdam & cabins we were alocated needed a good overhaul & very very small..

Speelparadijs: de speelattributen zijn op héél veel plaatsen kapot. Het schuim is op veel plaatsen dun of zó kapot dat het hout zichtbaar is. Scheuren in een trampoline, kans bestaat zeker dat er een beentje doorheen gaat. Het is er smerig en stoffig. Schimmel op de muur. Ik heb zelf een rondje gemaakt om het te bekijken en ben erg geschrokken!
Kortom: absoluut niet veilig om daar je kinderen te laten spelen!
Een zeer onvriendelijke vrouw bij de receptie, kijkt je bij binnenkomst al aan van:"Wat moeten jullie hier!"
Zo ga je dus niet met bezoekers om.
De jongere meiden zijn wél heel vriendelijk, daar mag de oudere dame met het korte haar een voorbeeld aan nemen.
Ik hoop dat hier écht wat aan gedaan wordtdit kan gewoon niet!!!response / report this review -

Personeel kan wel wat vriendelijkheidstrainingen krijgen. En ook een sportschool abonnementhet park is verder prima
