The best place in Amsterdam to get super cheap beer in the city center. the happy hour is from 19 to 21h.
Staff is super friendly. The cocktails are lovely.
You smoke here but you cannot purchase bud here.
It gets really busy though, so with a group of more than 3 it may be hard to find a place.
But the security guard was so sweet, he made space for us when he saw a group leaving.

Grimy in appearance, but the hard working staff keep the bar and tables clean, so the whole dirty urban atmosphere works quite nice actually without you feeling like you need a tetanus shot before sitting down. Wall to low ceiling graffiti stickers and posters. Low, thumping but melodic hip hop and reggae that fits with whole vibe. Kinda cool. Bottles of Savanna Cider.

Nice place, great ambien, cheap beer and cool music, very chill vibes and smoking is allowed.
Staff is nice and the place is very well decorated.

This is a good visit to start with in Amsterdam coming from central station. You can smoke joints here with a beer but this is NOT a coffeeshop. The views from the back of the bar in the leather chairs are pretty cool. Table service and drinks are cheap. Staff are friendly but don't piss them off. Drum and Bass / Reggae music always going. 9/10 Great for meeting people.

Great drinks. Staff was super nice. Bouncer is cool peoples. As the Latina that I am, I absolutely loved that they put a lot of Spanish music. Definitely recommend!!!

I took all friends who visited Amsterdam for the first time here because I think it represents the Amsterdam vibe quite well: Grungy cool design, weed and beer. I'd recommend this place for the atmosphere. Keep in mind they only take cash! The only negative thing i have to say is that this place needs more special beers.

My favorite coffee shop. Staff is friendly, the spot is amazing. I mean you feel really comfy and good in there. I could spend hours and hours ! The vibe is just crazy! Recommend this place to everyone! And I definitely wanna go back. ♡

A pretty eclectic dive, but the staff is cool and the 'decor' could be straight out of a 1970's New York City alley. All in all, I keep coming back to grab a drink and chat with the tourists ( yes I'm one too)

Favourite bar in Amsterdam. Cheap beer, can smoke inside too. Close to the train station which is ideal for a last minute smoke before heading home.

Awesome punk bar, the staff is very friendly and the prices are good, you can Bake & Drink! One of the most awesome places in town (and I am local). Most places are only "tourist attractions", in Hill Street you gonna meet a more local audience I 💚 it
