At first I was happy with this service. I received my parasol slightly damaged and received the missing object to fix it. Now, when it seems the parasol had very bad quality, or somehow before I owned it someone had been playing rough with it, I am left feeling like a fool.
I have spent money on a product, so I expect to enjoy that product for at least a year (especially since my first parasol lasted over 3 years). When I tell them that this time we can't fix this and I ask for a new one, I am told that I will get my money back. Which is okay, but the reason to isn't so much.
I am told I won't get a new one, not just because they don't have the product anymore, but because I said it was very bad quality. It is just assumed that I either don't want it or don't deserve it?
Either way, I find it ridiculous how I am treated now that there is a real problem and they will never see my money again.response / report this review -
