We went on a weekend night and the vibe was good for the whole night. It was a €30 entrance fee for a guy and a girl which I thought a little steep, and the locker room space / bathroom is a little uninviting, but the music soon made that all redundant. The djs were almost all very good. Afrobeats to Bashment to Hiphop to Pop to Rap to Soca to Trap etc. Very beats-y music to keep people moving. The drinks were affordable, though when I got to the bar, I was told they don't accept card and I had to go back to the entrance to pin cashback. Then at the front I was told they do accept cards at the bar. The first round paid by cash and the rest by card, so not sure what was up with that. The staff were friendly enough and there was security presence standing out from, but not disturbing, the crowd. It was a comfortable safety. We initially planned to chill here for a bit before continuing to the original club (which was a little empty when we arrived) but ended up staying here for the whole night. A very good night out.

Very busy on Thursday till Saturday, good place to party with friends. Different kinds of music for everyone (recommend to check lineup before on Facebook). Decently priced drinks.

Best rnb and hiphop club in Amsterdam. I think the setup here is a lot better than Melkweg! If you love drake, kendrick, and old classics like biggie, then you must hit this club.

Small capacity venue with great curation in collaboration with Paradiso. Love hat concerts are there, as the size gives the gigs a more intimate atmosphere.

Awesome place! Amazing music, friendly staff, average-priced drinks, great location. Would highly recommend to any visitor looking for a great time!! We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back!

Small and cozy venue. Sometimes they have great bands/artists playing, which makes it perfect to see them really close. The drinks at the bar are at a reasonable price, and the staff is friendly and quick.

disturbing situation happened to my expat girlfriend. she was wrongly accused of slapping a guy (no proof, just random selection) and the bouncer mocked her by saying he was discriminating her because she is foreign and not dutch. He kicked her out for no reason. We have no idea which guy falsely reported her. Please don't go to Bitterzoet. They have prejudice staff, and no respect for anyone
