  The old windmill seems to be still functional for the Bakery. We came here in the early morning and low season so there were no crowd to fight with. A much pleasant experience for sure.

  Delicious bread&baguette, flavour cakes, good coffee, friendly staff. A nice spot for a breakfast at very decent prices. A place to return when again in Maastricht!

  Best apple pie I have eaten in my life. The smell of the pies inviting you into the this cute bakery. You can also go see watermill at the backyard.

  Best Bakkery in Maastricht. You should try out the local cake calles "Vlaai". This is a delicous fruit cake with origin in the province Limburg. They have a nice tea selection as well.

  A unique place. It's like living the history. The mill actually works and they use it to make flour. One can find here very tasty Dutch pie (vlaai).
  Unfortunately if you are a vegetarian or you don't eat pork, the menu is very limited.
