Very poor service and repairing skills. I regret choosing this shop to repair the flat tire of my bike. After a ten minutes ride the tire is flat again and their answer when I re- visited the shop was "I don't know why" after they checked. So, now I have still a flat tire, 22.50 euros less and a couple of hours lost. If you don't know how to fix a simple problem that you have been paid to do so, refund the money or find the way.

We rented 12 bikes here and the service was very good. We had a problem with my bike and the issue was quickly resolved and they let me borrow a wrench just in case there was any other issue.

Perfect service. Repaired a broken chain myself but it broke again after just 500 kilometers. They gave me a new chain and replaced the old one for free because it broke way too soon. Very happy.

Amazing bike shop. The staff is serious and kind and their availability for any question or request is always great. I got a new bike from there and I received also some discount.
In my opinion it is certainly the best place in town where to buy a new bike!

I worked with Darshan at Bike Totaal Wijtman on setting up bicycle rentals for a study abroad course. Since I am based in Portland, OR, USA, I worked with Darshan exclusively through email and phone. He was very prompt in responding to emails and accommodated all of our needs. I heard from students that the bicycles were of great quality. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service I received.

A class of 11 college and graduate students and 2 instructors rented 13 bikes for two The bikes were fantastic as was the service. We ordered the bikes blind, but told them we had one very long-legged person so they provided one tall bike that worked perfectly. After getting the bikes it turned out we had one very short-legged person. Exchanging the bike for a better fit was no problem. They provided us with basic tools to adjust seats, etc to make sure we got the correct fit for everybody. Their delivery and pick up of the bikes was easy and on-time. They were great!

I rented a bike here for 2 weeks for my stay here in the NL. The staff, specifically Stefan and Jose, were extremely helpful and friendly. They recommended places to bike to and things to go see. My bike was in great condition and you can't beat the price. Fantastic experience - thank you!
