  I'd arranged to pick my bike up on a Thursday evening and asked them if they were back to normal hours after the easing of the Corona restrictions in place. However when I got there they were closed. If they would have contacted me before this, then this would have been fine, but I guess they couldn't be bothered. I guess now that they have my money, then they are not interested anymore. A little bit of customer service wouldn't go amiss.

  I brought my race bike to Bike Center Dik for a check up. The staff is very friendly and this is why I give them 2 stars instead of one. I asked them especially to check the gears of the bike and to index them since they were working poorly. After I picked up the bike, however, they worked worse than before. I had to spend a couple of hours on the internet to research what to do and how to fix it and now it works again - something that I would have wanted to avoid. I did this after calling them (and before fixing it myself) and telling them I was dissatisfied with their work to give them a chance to do it again, but they merely told me I should "try cleaning" the derailleur and that it was broken and could not be fixed. This is rather unprofessional in my opinion, and I will bring my bike elsewhere if it needs fixing again (and I can't do it myself).

  Nice werkplaats staff works there ! Every time friendly and funny. People working there are really good experts in things they are doing. Worth to visit !

  They are nice guys only before you pay them. I bought a bike here, it costed me 20% of the price to return on the second day. They're really local men who always treat international people in different way. If you're foreigners, be careful, especially when you don't know Dutch.

  Wide selection of items to choose from. All your biking needs is available. Price is expensive but you are paying for quality service.
