Nice hotel, very convenient for Arnhem Centraal train station. Good selection for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit cold though and there didn't seem to be any in-room control to change it.

Good staff, slightly dated decor, rooms are comfortable and clean. I'm in a single room that could fit a double bed. Good breakfast.

Conveniently central and right opposite the station, this hotel has uncomplicated rooms with older bathroom facilities even in the luxury rooms. Small bar, clinical restaurant, comfy lobby. Clean and comfortable if unremarkable..

Comfortable hotel right opposite the Central Station and next to the city centre, perfect location for a brief visit to Arnhem.
Bar & restaurant were very good, breakfast choices were excellent, the room was very comfortable & also quiet despite the city centre location.

The most fancy bedroom is amazing with airco, nice furniture, a great bath and a comfy bed. The regular two person room iswell regular. It has less facilities (no bath or mini fridge for example) which is to be expected. What does bother me are the hairs on the hairdryer (found in several rooms). But if thats all.i cant complain. Service is really nice and the restaurant that is part of the hotel has good food for a fair price.

Nice staff and the food was good. Room was recently updated, but pretty small (bathroom very small). WiFi was slow. Breakfast selection was average, but good coffee. Very convenient location, right by the station and close to several restaurants. Gym was out of order when I stayed.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and wish it was more. Lovely staff with great big rooms. Their car park was full but the staff advised me about another on closer by.

Very well situated hotel, close to the main centre as well as to the central station with good connection to the Schipol Airport. Quiet hotel, always satisfying.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Arnhem.
The breakfast was excellent, a full smoked salmon was laid out every morning which was a real treat and a rarity. The bar had plenty of seating although the beer choices were a bit limited which is unexpected for Holland!
Room was nice but a little small, the bathroom seemed quite outdated but was clean and worked well.
Will be coming back again soon.
