Fast delivery good quality
After I had reported minor damage to a wheel of the bicycle trailer by e-mail, I was asked without many questions if I wanted to pass on the order number.
Well three days later with no hassle I have a new one arrived here.
I can honestly say that this is still service from 0 to 10 a ten.

We ordered a Hundos Bench for our Dobermann. He is quite big and because of his movements one of the plugs where the screw goes kept coming out. Autobench.nl fixed this problem immediately and provided us with new parts adjusted for that same problem!
Couldn't be happier our puppy is safe and sound in his new bench! 😄
The bench arrived the same week and the customer service is very responsive! Highly recommended!
I had first given 1 star, I changed this to 5 stars. My complaint was not with car bench, but with the delivery service.
Product was "home brand" but a third party had to supply it - it was out of stock. This was not shown on the site, and only three calls later did they find out it was out of stock. Three return calls promised, only two delivered.
When they say "order by 16:00 shipped that day" they mean they place the order with a third party before that time.
I will be more critical of reviews and exact wordings on websites from now on. The staff who were hired as help over the holidays do their best, but I feel they are be understaffed or not empowered to fix problems.
I give the holiday staff four stars, leaving 2 on average for the company.
Edit: No money back after 6 days, turns out the owner is on holiday and nobody can do the refunds. This means the owner left for holiday without leaving adequate and empowered staff behind. Adjusting the review to 1 star.
