Bought some cycling shoes from Athleteshop and as they were too small I had to buy the next size up. Returned the first pair to their UK depot the same week but they will only give me the refund when the receive them back in Holland which they say can take 4-6 weeks. So I have to keep checking for my refund. Will never but from them again. By contrast, Sigma Sports refunded me withing 1 week.

Very happy with my purchases and the service is impeccable!
I had ordered an item and then 1 hour later decided to order an extra item, but I couldn't add it to the previous order anymore (wanting to avoid paying delivery cost twice) so I contacted them and they immediately credited my account for the cost of 2nd delivery. I bought the beurer abdominal and back muscle belt, it arrived within timescales, the delivery notification was spot on and the product works perfectly, for my needs. I am a really pleased customer and would use this company again. 👍 all good no issues

Terrible after sales service. Waited 6 weeks for a product, no contact from them to explain the delay. When I contacted them I was told they no longer stock this item and was suggested to choose an alternative. I do not want their alternative and they are being very difficult about giving a refund. Definitely avoid using this company and buy somewhere safer and more reputable.

We had been looking ta motorcycle intercoms and found this gem of a store that were selling them £150 cheaper than other stores. Initially we were dubious so investigated the premises and the website reviews. We saw they had an office location based in Poole from the website so took a punt and ordered. We received a tracking note to say the parcel was dispatched from the Netherlands and it arrived only a few days later faster than a package I also ordered the same day from Scotland . No fuss no drama. The product was immaculate an far superior than we had hoped for. We cannot thank you enough and will be using your store again. Attached are a picture of the intercoms fitted. Please note helmets were not included.

Hard to review when my order hasn't arrived yet. As of now, I give them a 1. My item was available the day I ordered it, May 16. Was to arrive May 24. The last 2 weeks, I receive an email every day stating a different, later delivery date. We're now up to June 9. But my card was charged promptly on May 16. When I look online now, my item is "out of stock". I'm not happy.

Speedy delivery, earlier than expected and all items as described in sensible packaging. What's not to like? This is my second order and all went well so far. Athleteshop also has an incredible catalogue of just about anything you might need.

The saddle I ordered was the cheapest anywhere I could find it. It arrived quickly and the communication during the delivery process was second to none. The item arrived today, as promised, well packaged and within the 1hr time window the courier provided. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Athleteshop to my cycling friends

I ordered a special bike repair apron as a gift. Who even knew there was such a thing?? Anyway, it was chosen by my brother-in-law who is very selective, so I can only assume it's the best product in the universe for the job!
Ordering was fast & simple online, the price was better than other sites, it was in stock and delivered on time. So top marks!

Excellent Service
Ordered turbo trainer online from Athleteshop as they had the best price, but also the best set of delivery options which is really exemplary (I wish more companies did this). My purchase arrived as promised, beautifully wrapped to protect the box/product. So now it's down to me to set up the machine and blast off that winter padding!
Will be back to Athleteshop when I need anything else for my cycling.response / report this review
