Food was great. There was a lot of nuts to eat while waiting for your meal to arrive. Service could have been better.

Nice staff, excellent breakfast, partner gym 1min walk away, and convenient location in Almere. Annoyingly small ironing board provided by the front desk, no warning about required towel for entry into partner gym, and extremely slippery and high shower (be careful!). Overall, very good experience and would definitely comeback if staying in Almere.

The whole hotel is held in a modern style. The staff is overall very competent as well as helpful. Rooms aren't the biggest I've ever seen, but clean. Especially the bathroom where cleanliness is absolutely essential. Is directly next to a huge mall, so going to the next grocery store is a thing of 2 minutes max.

Hotel is very nice. Room was wonderful. But on reception I wait long time. And when I want ask something about parking. Woman which work there was not nice. She don't give me answer only she said that I must wait because she is busy..30 minutes I wait. It's not good.

Staying here with family. Staff is goodand cooperative. Neat rooms. Should need a little mantinance. Breakfast is good enough. Very good sceneries and canals near by.

Price wise this is like the most expensive one. They are redecorating the place, it was hard to find the entrance. Then we entered the clubroom. Part of the room did not have electricity. Some part of the closet was not fixed and could be dangerous to kids. Luckily there was another same kind of room available.

It's definitely not top notch. We skipped breakfast since the price vs what you get for that was not in balance.

I'm not going to do it another time. I'll check for another place to stay in the area.

Poor customer service - the desk folks only look up from their activities when guests are directly in front of them. room occupancy seems so low that the restaurant and bar is open only for breakfast. the facility is a bit 'dinged up' in that it is littered with minor maintenance issues. It was safe and moderately clean, I would not recommend staying here if you have other choices.

Good location for my event. Room clean, reception staff helpful. No minibar, but the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. It's a good place to stay if you need to visit Almere
