  Of all the agents I asked, Amsterdam At Home were the most focused in explaining their strategy for selling, and the sort of buyers they would target. They took a great deal of care in presenting my property with photos etc., and as a result it sold very rapidly and for a very satisfactory sum.

  Danique is a wonderful real estate agent who you can trust! I had the pleasure of working with Danique who helped me both purchase and sell a home. She is a great communicator and pro-active realtor which I think is quite difficult to find in Amsterdam.
  
  As an expat, I especially appreciated how patient she was and how she always spent extra time to explain to me the process and was always responsive.
  
  She is a great negotiator and has a strong network within the Amsterdam Market and helped me ensure I didn’t overpay for a house within a bidding war and conversely got me the best price for my home when it was sold!

  They receive offers after the deadline they determined. Even I have the written confirmation saying that I have the best offer, they accept another offers after deadline and destroy all your plans. Their way of working is unethical!
