  They forgot the carwash, and said they would pay it back. One month later I still did not get back that money and no reply on my complaint email. We went for the valet parking but had to wait both times more than 10 minutes: not worth the money at all. Not recommended.

  leaving the car at the parking was no problem at all, the shuttle directly left the parking to the airport - a perfect start, in opposite to the return pick-up.
  I had to call 4 times to ask for the shuttle and waited 50 minutes. At the arrival of the driver, he was not aware that I should be picked-up, did not explain nor excuse. Asking at the parking for an explanation, I only was told, that I should ask the coordinator who of course was not there at that time.
  Next time, I will leave my car at P3, similar pricing but at the end easier to reach and a regular shuttle bus.

  Company doesn't exist anymore! Phones do not answer! Someone answer but it is a different company! THIS IS A SCAM! I repeat : DO NOT USE!

  We had to wait for 70 min for pickup, driver took people off the waiting queue telling the rest of the waiting people that those are his friends !!!!
  Rotten shuttle buses and very unfriendly, even offending when complaining afterwards.
  Better use another service.
