Definitely one of the hidden coffee gems of Matagalpa!! It's a super small but cute store. Alex and his wife attended us very personally, giving us plenty of cups of both coffee and hot chocolate for degustation. We ended up spending more than half an hour, chatting with them and learning more about coffee and their concept. Alex experiments a lot with chocolate so make sure to ask about the different chocolate types they have.

First and ONLY SPECIALTY COFFEE SHOP in Nicaragua.
Our Coffee is not conventional. It is Honey Coffee (semi-washed coffee process) and Natural Process Coffee (unwashed Coffee).
Our available varietals: Java beans, Maragogype, Red CatuaI, Yellow Catuai, Caturra, and Bourbon.

It was nice getting to know Alex and Karla to learn from their vast experience in the coffee production field. We purchased some coffee to take back to Leon with us. Nice having them speak English as well.
