  We stayed for a night through airbnb. Nice new townhomes. So new there are some unfinished units in the complex but it didn't affect our stay at all. Other people staying there were friendly, helping give us some directions and some helpful advice. Close enough to sjds for a walk into town. It was recommended to avoid walking on the beach after dark however.

  We had an amazing experience staying here. We rented both a studio and one of the 2 bedroom townhomes. Very beautifully designed and furnished. Very quiet complex that is well taken care of. The pool is absolutely perfect. Lots of shade surrounding the massive tree in the courtyard. Great location with an easy walk to town or short hike up to Cristo de la Misericordia. We felt very safe at all times of the day in this neighborhood.

  Awesome place. Paul and his wife are great make you feel like family. Not that far from San Juan del Sur downtown. They give you all the good tips about the restaurant, the food, drink and general entertainment. The best beaches. Thanks Paul, we enjoyed our stay with plans to come back soon.
