Very busy place. Don't belive in what some people tell you there (no direct bus, take a taxi collectivo etc.). They just try to cheat and get you into a too expensive taxi ride.
When you arrive there, stay calm and get an overview first. Just ask busdrivers for your destination, they will tell you where and when the next bus to your place goes (they also tell you whats a normal price to a taxi ride).
Don't believe the people standing around there at all. Their only business is to sell you expensive taxi rides. Also lying about buses not coming or going to different destinations. I asked 3 in a row who said no bus is going and the best option would be a 20-30 dollar taxi to Las Selinas (- one guy even wanted 40). Saw the bus coming in front of their eyes and went there for 1.3 dollar.
Es muy pequeño, no hay orden de los puestos de los comerciantes pero si es seguro.
If you are going to San Jorge, walk a block away from the terminal, and get a taxi from there. You will get charged 3-4 times more if you get a taxi or bike taxi from the terminal.
Hay que llegar muy temprano para alcanzar asiento en el bus. Lo bueno es que mientras esperas puedes comprar comida y otras cosas.
Not a good position, right in the middle of the super busy market. It takes 10 minutes only to get it or get out because of the traffic jam. The structure too seems old, not the best bus terminal of Nicaragua.
