  No hay en esta sucursal variedad de productos, tampoco tienen buena organización en el area de despacho, toman mucho tiempo en cargar y sus instalaciones solo pueden atender a un cliente a la vez en esta area

  Watch out and double check your bill: Article prices in the shelves are shown in US dollars, the bill will display a price in cordobas. Almost every time there are articles charged at way higher rates in cordobas and it is always to their benefit. This problem has been addressed to the management multiple times and it still happens.
  Staff is nice.
  On the positive side: the have various articles.

  I paid for a product that they were going to bring from a different location because they did not have it at this one, it then turned out they did not have it at the other location either. They offered me an in store credit instead of a refund, I had to plead with management, and then they eventually agreed to refund the money, but could only give a check, even though I had paid with cash and they had a till full of cash. For being the biggest hardware store company in Nicaragua they have some pretty bad policies.
