  Cookie cutter starbuckian cafe. Too expensive for Nicaragua, imo. The waitresses are nice though, especially Luce.

  One of or favorite places in Matagalpa! Their drinks are good and their food is great. They make really good paninis with bread they make on location. I especially like the tomato bread!

  Dropped review score because they do not sub out tea or hot chocolate on promos which cost the same or are cheaper than coffee. This place is still good, but not a true 5 starer.
  Two for one lunch Monday through Friday, yeeeeeeeeah boiiiiiiieeeeee! Menu is limited to paninis and two salad options. The two for one is a specific panini that varies on the day of the week. Salads are on Wednesdays. If you want to pretend you're not in a third world country for a while, this does the trick. Brownie is cakey but(or "and" depending on your preference) delicious.

  Seleccion is a great Cafe, one of two Seleccion cafés in Matagalpa. It is always very clean, most of the time the air conditioning is on and always has some good music on
  
  The prices are a little high compared to other cafés in town, but the food is great and most importantly is safe for foreigners to eat! They have nice 2 for 1 specials everyday (each day is different) and they're a good value :3
