  Love the store, they have wide variety of home decor, furniture, tools and appliances. Great products and service. I usually go for something simple but end up going out with lots of stuff I didn't know I needed :'v

  Customer service needs some improvements. Workers walk away. You expect them to come back. The next thing. You know. They are gone. Very weird. Some ask weird questions , like today , are you Cuban ? You have a weird accent. I think , they should ask those questions, to me, that's rude. Their job is to help. Their employees need more training in many areas. Being more ethical. Professional.

  Items are overly priced. Same items can be found on other local hardware stores.
  But in General they are well equipment. Very similar to the USA Home Depot. Staff do not attend you unless you ask for help. Customer service is ok.

  I love sinsa! This one specially since you can find everything you need that the other sinsas might not have. This branch vloses late at 9 pm, so it is very accessible for everyone. Prices are a bit high but some are fair, depends on what you buy.

  Flagship Sinsa store in Nicaragua. Very spacious and appears to have all your hardware and DIY needs. Lots of reps to assist you so service is genuine and quick. Very helpful staff but prices are more expensive compared to other chain hardware stores in the country.

  I LOVE SINSA as it is like our HOME DEPOT, HOWEVER prices are in sane.
  What can be done to lower your cost of the items you buy utilize one of the sales people and tell them that you want "better price" AND surprisingly you WILL GET IT. They have three different prices; one that we see on the shelves, another one that you can ask for and the third that is only for the "professionals." I think that actually Home Depot has something similar too it.
