The service was not great. Our food took ages to get to the table even though we were the only people in the whole place. The breakfast burrito was humungous, but dry. It only had rice and beans on the inside. When we asked for the bill he just handed us a ripped piece of paper with a number written on it.. the wrong price written on it. Normally you get an itemized receipt. He tried to over charge us by several dollars. We probably won't be back.

Went here for breakfast. Ordered the breakfast burrito. Portion size was excellent. Price was below average. The view is terrific. The service was abismal and the food took about 40 min to make it to the table which was odd as we were the only people in the restaurant. In spite of the long wait and bad service, I'll go back for sure. Bad/slow service is pretty much par for the course in Nica so sometimes you just have to deal with it.

Good food for Nicaragua. Make sure you ask for an itemized bill. We were overcharged, but they adjusted once we brought it to their attention.

Good food but dishonest staff. sketchy bill. Had to pay 57 Cordobas for one beer after we were told it was 50 when we ordered.Also had to remind the staff of the 25% off fajitas too.

Several "Canadian" bars in San Juan del Sur. This one is the best and they get it right. Good mix of Canadian and Nica staff-friendly and relaxed. Great spot on the beach. Owner is super friendly. In fact, I'm drinking here right now!

Excellent Tex-Mex food here. Comfortable Surfer hippie vibe. Direct Oceanfront eating and drinking. Even a to-go window on the sidewalk. Owner is a friendly and pretty redhead from Canada, hence the name. :-)
