A must go in León. It can be a little bit pricy but just be careful with what you order to eat to keep your budget on track. Nice view, cold beers!

Cold glacial beers perfect to cool down in leon's scorching evenings. They currently have a promotion of 3 national beers for 89 cordobas (as of may 2018)

Good place to sit and people watch. Drinks are cold and bathrooms are super nice. Didn't try food but I hear that it is good.

Very nice steak sandwich. Kitchen got our orders a little mixed up but staff were amazing and quickly sorted. Our waitress also had a great sense of humour and we were all laughing by the time the chocolate milkshakes came - so worth it! Great location in front of the cathedral and great for people watching!

We didn't eat here, however it's a great place to have a beer and people watch in central park. They had a few craft beers options which made us happy :)

We ate two times at the sesteo. First time we waited 30 minutes for salads that were over peppered to the point where it was not eatable.
Second time, the salads were half the size of what they had been on the previous day and some key ingredients (such as the bacon) were missing. Also the shrimps ordered with spaghettis must have been cooked several times and were very hard to chew.
Sesteo is probably the only budget option in the center of Leon and they clearly benefit from this otherwise they wouldn't get that many customers for sure.response / report this review -

Great waiters, cuisine and not overly noisy like so many other places. I have always enjoyed meeting and taking my friends there when visiting Leon. Unfortunately, the good relationship ended today while with a out of country guest. Our table overtaken by management while spending plenty of money while many other tables had occupants 2 or 3 at a table with a single glass of lemonade. One half filled with at least 8 cigarette butts in the ash tray. I believe I spent about $150 a month there on average. Sometimes more. But I won't be returning nor recommending El Susteo to anyone in the future. From such as this, I find myself closer and closer to giving up here and returning to Panama or Ecuador.

The food was quite good, one the more expensive places you will find in leon. The scene of the park is quite nice and a popular place for people to spend time at. The service should be a little better for what you pay.
