Si viaja desde la capital Managua, tome un bus en el Mercado Roberto Huembes, el costo de pasaje oscila entre los C$50 y C$70 ó US$3.00 aproximadamente.

Una vez en San Jorge, tomas un ferry o lancha de madera que te llevaran hasta la Isla de Ometepe, podes llegar a Moyogalpa que es el principal municipio de la Isla, o bien tomar los barcos o lanchas que van para San Jose Del Sur, que se ubica a 15 minutos aproximadamente de Moyogalpa.

The smaller of the ports where the wooden ferries normally arrive - it's not much of a port to be honest, and you may struggle to get off! But people will help you. Taxi's will wait here around the ferry drop off times - although it's best to try and share a ride with someone else.
